I found Hue Studio through an ad on Craigslist which the owner had put up for a first-time customer special, a phenomenal deal at $77 for a full highlight and cut at a salon in Cherry Creek. I am very picky with my color (blond is difficult as you may know) and usually bounce from salon to salon being disappointed. I have been to both Zuri and Blondies and had a very bad experience with both the employees and the attitude. Let me tell you ; I travel a lot and now don?t live in Denver, but will return to the city to get my hair done at Hue Studio!
I am tired of salons in Cherry Creek boasting they have no attitude but then I go and get stared at. I feel like I have to wear a cute outfit and do my makeup before I go get my hair done at many of these places. Hue Studio is incredibly humble, the women working there are normal, no funky hair (I love it, but every employee, come on! This is Denver!) It?s a quaint shop that maintains style and elegance and has easy parking. I recommend Grazyna, the owner, a color specialist, she is great.
This place is awesome, I'll never waste hundreds of dollars at one of the other Cherry Creek salons where I am actually made to feel more uncomfortable than comfortable! Hue Studio is wonderful, I finally feel at home in Cherry Creek, even with my fake bag!
Pros: Parking, Atmosphere, Attitude, Price, Location, Experience.
