Review content:
This business advertises (on their front window) computer repair service as faster and cheaper than competitors. With that in mind, I dropped off my Gateway computer for repair and was told it would be diagnosed and returned to me within two days. 21 days later, and with literally NO COMMUNICATION from Data Fast, I picked up the computer and was charged $162.00 for the service. During this time period I stopped by the shop several times for updates and was told a different story each visit. It started with them not knowing the exact problem but assuring me it was not a hardware problem. It ended up being a hardware problem and they did not need to perform the service for which I paid the $162.00 for. They promised the return of my computer several times during the three week perod of posession but did not deliver on the promises. If you value your time and money DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
