Review content:
I've not had the occasion to use the boarding facilities at Rob Cary, but my rottweiler and I have been training there for almost three years now. My dog and I were matched up to Gary, after the front office staff met me, and heard the training challenges I was facing with my adolescent male dog. They could not have paired me with a better trainer, and I'm quite sure Gary's expertise and positive training methods, quite literally saved my dog's life. I have and will continue to recommend Rob Cary's training program, as well as Gary specifically, to anyone who asks about dog training facilities/options in the San Antonio area. As with all things of any importance, when trusting your companion animals to someone else, you should do your homework, to include a visit the facility prior to needing their services, and ask for fellow customer referrals. Any reputable facility will be more than willing to share that information, and more than willing to show you full access of their kennels. And while we all wish we were the only human worthy of attention at the moment in time we demand it - sometimes, we have to be patient and wait our turn.......keep that in mind when checking in and out your pet during a busy period for boarding. Don't come to check in/out your pet if your schedule is tight to begin with - allow proper time, so the process is as non-stressful for your pet, as yourself. The staff at Roby Cary will likely smile at you for the consideration ;o) You are only one of several hundred they are likely assisting that day.
