I saw this salon on tv. I walked in with high expectations BUT nobody greater me. I was standing around looking for someone to help me. I had made an appt with Rachel earlier that day. Once I got seated she appologized and was very sweet. The place is dirty. Don't open your eyes when getting your hair rinsed the dust balls are so thick I was scared it would fall on my fade. The cut, style, color and blow dry were out of this world. I loved Rachel bit not exactly the salon. I think Tabitha from the tv show needs to follow up. The roach problem I think will cone back if they not keep up with the cleaning (they are located near many restaurants so this is normal). Great area. It's located in downtown covina near a Starbucks.
