I had the same experience as mentioned below. On Time, professional, and very kind. He explained different options like all the other reviews mentioned, we decided on something and it was in 2 days later. I was hesitant to contact this dealer seeing as i live in santa monica and his office is in west hills, but he came out the same day. I called because of the reviews and i am satisfied with the service. I would recommend him to other people who need home security.
