The staff is GREAT! We have been going to Casey's for about 9-10 years. They give you things to try over the phone and if that wasn't the problem then they try to get you in as soon as possible. We have learned a lot in the last couple of weeks about VW's. We love the fact that they will give you a list of what needs to be done and what is the highest piority and work down from there. We recommend Casey's to anyone that needs a great placed to get their car worked on.
