I ordered a Sefiras Haomer plaque for my Shul, with special lettering. I gave a 50% deposit and was told that I would receive a proof in 10 days that I should appove. Over a 2 month period I made many phone calls and still did not receive anything. I then cancelled the order and asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. Judaica had the nerve to challenge this request. I later bought this item when I was in Israel. It cost about half the price and was ready in less than one week.
