The first time I went to the Face and the Body spa I had a super nice lady that did my manicure and pedicure, she was very very good. That same first time I got a snobby girl for my facial, she was so uncaring about the whole process that I did not enjoy it. I decided to go back mainly because it is a convenient location and hours and because they offer a lot of services. I needed to get a manicure and also get my hair done. This was done in two separate days. I was not able to book the same gal that had done my nails on my first visit there, I got this angry lady that kept bitching about my nails. I had some designs on already on my nails that needed to be removed and she complained and complained that it would take her so long to remove the prior nail work, that she had no time for this, that she would need to cut down on my services, bla bla bla bla bla, horrible bitchy person. I had asked for nail design and was only able to get the design on two of my nails, out of ten!! I understand that they give time slots and the workers need to work within them but geesh, just 2? and on top of it hear a person bitch at you? When I went to pay I told the person there that I had only gotten two nails done and that please for next time they should give more time if someone asks for a nail design. I said this in a manner as if you know it was no ones fault, however the person at the front was like: you still have to pay for this nail art though. At no point did I say I was not going to pay for the work, so why get confrontational! The next day I went to get my hair done which was a total fiasco. The lady doing my hair bitched about me being late, then could not even do a ponytail right because she kept saying I had too much hair and she did not have the correct thing to tie it with. All I asked for was a simple ponytail with curls, the ponytail was saggy, and the curls about 10 minutes after I left the salon had become one massive curl. Horrible just horrible and for 70? I should have just gone to great clips and gotten the same thing for much much less. Not worth the time or money, the people there think to much of themselves. Out of four people that I received services from only 1 was good at her job and nice.
