Businiess name:  MADANGSUI
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
The rather Spartan, cavernous interior of Madangsui is home to one of the best Korean bbq restaurants this side of Seoul. And the service couldn't be nicer. Particularly good are the pork dishes and the raw entrees, cut from incredibly fat and sinew-free cuts of late steers. If you enjoy beef tartare... this is the place for you. The side dishes that are served with the meat or chicken entree are more than ample and make it unnecessary to order appetizers, unless you are truly famished. The kimchi strikes the right level of acidity and heat and every other small plate is a taste sensation. A high spot for Korean kuisine! Pros: Food, service Cons: Gas grills instead of charcoal
