Review content:
Despite it's bad reputation for being over priced with mediocre skilled staff, I took the chance and tried it out. The cut was fantastic I must say but when you charge so much for coloring and highlights, you should know what you are doing. And when problems do arise if you call yourself a manager you should possess one thing, customer service skills. This person has a lot to learn about the consumer driven world. She's giving the salon a bad name with her condascending arrogant attitude. Among my friends who are longtime SC residents, the word was already out there. And just now I called another salon and received the same opinion 'Oh yeah, that salon is getting such a bad rap lately!'
Pros: good hair products
