Review content:
Express cuts and tans is a great place to go for a quick mens or kid's haircut in NW reno. They get you in pretty fast, are always helpful and friendly and almost always do a great job.
The tanning beds are another story, though. I once saw the woman cleaning the bed with WINDEX! Hardly the disinfectant she should be using. Although I will never use the tanning beds there again, I will continue to take my children there for their haircuts.
