Review content:
I attended one Yoga class at Go Yoga, although I've been taking Yoga for years. I decided that the Open level of class would be a good one for me to start with, so I wouldn't be overstepping my Yogic ability.
Really, the class was OK, but I need to be in better shape for it. The teacher told me after the class that I should be in the "Beginning" class and recommended a certain teacher. Well, the "Open" class description says "Community class- all levels welcome". I also do not believe in the use of props during yoga as a means of getting your body into the necessary position.
I have since found much better Yoga classes at various schools for much less $.
