From the moment I called Renee, I was greeted with smiles. Renee was really helpful, attentive, and quick. And he got me approved even with less than perfect credit. Definitely giving me a start to improving my credit. Each call I made to check on the status was taken and handled with care. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A better way gave me good service and a good experience. I would send any friend or family member to Renee to get a used car. Beautiful personalities, professionalism, best auto experience I have ever had! Very entertaining, no buts about it, this is what I want, this is what we have, and Renee made it happen. And his finance team are a great bunch of guys. They even switched the tops of two Jeep Wranglers to ensure I got what I was looking for. Not to mention the complimentary treats and drinks to make your stay a trillion times more pleasurable!
