We have visited Drs Meier and Thompson for almost 10 years and would not go anwhere else. The docs are both very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient ~ I never hesitate to ask as many quesitons I need to because they never seem put off or uncaring. The front desk service is a great compliment to the superior doctor service -- I have never received bad customer serivice ...on the contrary, Janet came out to help me carry in my 2 pet taxis this morning-- I was there even before she opened the office at 7am to drop off our cats-- I dont even think she had time to have her morning coffee yet, but she opened up the office, then came back out to help me carry them in, never making me feel like I was a burden-- when picking them up this afternoon, again I received the stellar service I am accustomed to when checking out-- The afternoon staff explained all costs and it was actually LESS than I expected--- yes, pets do COST MONEY...but you get what you pay for-- and our babies are worth every penny!--by the way, be sure to always check out the sign...this months dental special saved us some cash! If you are looking for bargain basement prices, it is better that you dont get a pet. Thanks LVVH!
