Businiess name:  Dave's Village Bakery
Review by:  Karen D.
Review content:
Dave's was once located in East Rochester and we bought goodies there when my office was located in the area. When it closed, we were left without a source to satisfy our sweet tooth. Their Bear Claws are to die for! Imagine my delight when Dave's reappeared mere blocks down the street! Its location is a little ironic (right next to Curves fitness center), but makes it easy to get to. There is plenty of parking and there are always plenty of treats ready to be eaten. They make wonderful cakes and we even had one made for a birthday party complete with edible photographs on it. There is a small coffee bar as well as a cooler with bottled drinks. On a hot Saturday during the Farmers Market, the drinks are usually sold out. The rugelach is delicious, and the kids love the half moon cookies. They generously frost their cookies. No Atkins people need stop in!
