Haven known this company and it's staff for several years. Have first hand knowledge about the man who wrote this incredible lie about this company. He wrote such letters and nasty threats about his fellow board members, acutally was removed from a board members home because of his hostility and behaviors. He is a Morman who dislikes women, and anyone who disagrees with him. He wanted to fill the community pool in with dirt and raise the HOA fees. CCPM did not lose, they won and they have the entire file available for review.
