Review content:
People get the Koa Lagoon and the Koa Resort confused, probably in part because rentals are managed by the same realty company. The Koa Resort offers one, two and three bedroom units that are priced from around $100 to $175, depending on size and season. This is not a beachfront property.
Because you are on South Kihei Road, you could get a lot of noise from traffic unless you ask for a unit that is away from the traffic and noise.
