my condo had to be exterminated for termites... they were eating our wpood posts. but when you live in a condo complex, it is very difficult to get everyone's schedule on the same road. because it's 1 building, everyone had to be moved out ast the same time. some people had no relatives and had to stay at hotels, food and other perishables had to be removed, etc.
mr. winston young arranged our entire units termite appt. he was very professional and on schedule. he didn't put us out other than anything previously scheduled. and he worked with all of us on a reasonable budget. because there were 6 units, he gave us a break since he would have to tent the whole 1 building anyways... he gave us all the appropriate signs and notices etc.
