Review content:
I picked up my items and they were done incorrectly. I took them back and they told me to come back on Monday to pick-up. I get there on Monday and they FORGOT to do it. I went to pick-up a few days later, wrong again! Brought them back, picked up a few days later - 2 pieces were still wrong and one of them had a stain. The owner, Ella, blames the girls in the back but as a business owner you should take responsibility of your employees. I wasted a lot of time and money with the back and forth. I cannot believe how poor the service and how terrible a job they did on my garments. I stayed very calm throughout the whole ordeal and I never even received an apology! How is she in business??
