Businiess name:  Hilton Furniture
Review by:  Laura S.
Review content:
I bought furniture from Hilton in Feburary 2009 and 2 months later the cushions from my sofa started ripping I called at the store 8 times before I got tired and went to go visit in person. They told me to bring the sofa to the store and they will look at it and decide what they can do. I told them I have no way to bring it and manager got real smart with me and told me "That's not my problem now is it?" I asked to speak to Hilton and they said he is the one who put the policy in place and trained them to tell customers that, I was disgusted by the response. I finally paid my neighbor $25 to help me take the sofa to the store they kept it for 10 days and then returned it back to me in same condition and yes I had to go back and pick it up and told me they ordered the parts that are coming from China(God knows when). Well Today is Sept 11/2009 and I still don't have my sofas that I bought for $1800 fixed. This is my public service to tell people don't go to Hilton Furniture because they just interested in your money and then they don't care any more and Mr. Hilton please return your phone calls.
