How to get yummy little dim sum without having to deal with the lunacy of some of Chinatown's other dim sum spots that are crazy packed. There are plenty of vegetarian options here and you can even get dim sum at night, which is hard to find elsewhere. The explanations of the food are a little easier to find here as well in the chic setting.
