If you want to get out of the house, get in shape, make friends, socialize and bring your kids too-this is it! Get ready to get in shape and motivate with Stroller Strides. It is a little embarrassing at first cruising around with a million other moms and strollers full of kids-but once your butt starts burning and your just trying to catch your breathe-who cares! Stroller Strides is also like a a fun social group with with moms nights out, playgroup times and other planned activities-you just might make some great friends and get in shape all at the same time!
