DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR!!! The staff is pretentious, conceited, and out of control rude to their patrons. When they were closing up for the night, the bouncer started yelling at me to leave. I was doing as he asked, putting on my coat and trying to leave when I asked him to please try to be cordial to me, I was, after all, a customer. His reply was a swift..."Why don't you lose some weight?" before he slammed the door on me!!! I understand he wanted to go home, but his behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have never been spoken to like that in my life. A word of advice for this place; there are hundreds upon hundreds of bars and pubs in the NYC area. I choose where to spend my money and you can be sure it will NEVER be at Redemption again. I just hope they get shut down in the future.
