Karate Kids is an absolute gem. As parents, we all know how stressful choosing a sport or physical activity can be. Many kids are insecure and find sports really stressful. Karate Kids helps build kids confidence and self esteem through appropriate challenges, fun classes and step by step progress acknowledgement. We've been coming for roughly 3 years now, and our son is making great progress. He's a completely different kid when it comes to sports and physical activities. Thanks you Dawn Barnes and everyone at KK!
Pros: Great for kids! Confidence building, great exercise, fun!
