My husband and I recently had our heat pump replaced for our home. We chose Donnelly's because our home warranty had recommended them. My husband called to set the appointment up and from the get go they were ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!! To add to this....the job they did on our heat pump was HORRENDOUS!!!! I could have done a better job myself!!! We ended up needing them to come back out to fix what they did. Once again it was a fight to get them out to our house. We placed a complaint with our home warranty company with the hope that others will not have to deal with this company!!
They are unprofessional, rude and their behavior on the phone to my husband and myself was DEPLORABLE!!!! This company should be thankful they are still in business!
I hope that people reading this....do some research, and look around. This company is a joke!
