Roto-Rooter plumbers are great! We had been having problems with the toilet in our guest/kid's bathroom for a couple of weeks. I tried everything I could think of to fix it but wasn't getting anywhere. I finally had to call a professional when I realized that we were having company over for a Memorial Day bbq and really needed that toilet fixed quickly. I was first surprised that Roto-Rooter was even open that Monday and next surprised when they said someone would be at my home within an hour! Donald arrived right on time and quickly alerted me to a few problems we were having. He gave us price estimates for all the work we needed before starting everything to make sure we were comfortable with it. That was much appreciated. Donald found the major problem I had called in about (which turned out to be an object that was stuck in the pipe of the toilet thanks to my 2 yr old!) and tried every trick in the book to get it out. He never gave up and was very careful not to crack the toilet or cause any further damage with the tools he used. When he was through dislodging the object, he helped clean up the floor and put everything back in place and offered us some very helpful tips for our other plumbing issues. He alerted us to the future problems we might have if we don't start taking care of the shifting issues we are experiencing under our home (which we were completely unaware of!) Donald and Roto-Rooter of San Antonio truly saved our Memorial Day. Can't thank you guys enough!!
