This is a nice photo equipment store located in lower Manhattan. Prices are a bit more expensive than the more popular B & H, but unless you're willing to spend an extra 30 minute train ride and fare, then I recommend you stay put. They carry just about everything related to photography from 35mm films to photo enlargers. Their staff on hand is knowledgeable and friendly. The store itself is quite small but they manage to fill it with all the necessary items. This is strictly an equipments store so if you need to develop film, just take a stroll outside you;re sure to find many as this is the so-called photo district. During the day you'll notice atlot of students here as Parsons is just blocks away. Like B & H, Adorama is closed on Saturdays. Check their schedule as I believe store hours are short. Street parking only, if it can be found. Convenient to N train and Union Square.
