Exemplary service. My technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and and the ultimate professional. I have used the same plumber for years, as I have a recurring issue here at my home. Unfortunately when I tried phoning his company, the number was out of service. I phoned roto-rooter and was assured a tech would be out within the hour, and this was on a Sunday! Shawn had the drain cleared in short order, and provided me with a visual of the problem underground, needless to say I was impressed. I plan to have roto-rooter replace the existing damaged pipe. Great job, and thanks for the service, I'll recommend this guy to all of my friends!
