Review content:
Three of us had a miserable experience at Fratelli. The place holds promise in the way of charm and selection, but offers little in the way of execution and service. Our poulet was bloody when it arrived and our request to send it back was met with obvious inconvenience. When the poulet returned it had been mangled on the grill, as if to make a point of our hassle. There weren't any apologies or offers to make it right. The owner told us that if we came back to make sure we presented a "schmooze me" card. I have never sent anything back at a restaurant and don't consider myself a high-maintenance patron; one of the other diners with me happens to be married to a well-respected chef in town who was livid about our experience. The uppity attitude at Fratelli is the only thing they've perfected.
