I was really thrilled to finally book several services; I had been looking forward to checking out Salon Cuvee. The services and technicians performing them were excellent. The estheticians were fun, warm and friendly. However, the big turn-off were the girls at the front desk who were incredibly (and stupidly) snotty and condescending. When I first walked in, they did not greet me and instead ignored me until their database (or whatever) task was done. I felt as if my presence was an annoyance or inconvenience. I don't like to feel patronized when I am treating myself, so I won't be back. That simple. Word to owners/managers: get a clue. This is smaller community. Ditch the attitude and be friendly. Since I live less than a mile from Salon Cuvee, I would have been a customer for years. Now I drive across town.
