Exodus Realty were instrumental in the success of our transition from a full-time resident manager approach. After the retirement of our long time resident manager, we became concerned as to our ability to recruit and maintain a qualified candidate, and how we could insure that a continuity of management was put into place. The depth and breadth of the people' supplied services, including payroll, accounting, and emergency response maintenance allowed us to meet our goals and provide a cost effective property management solution to our shareholders. They have the "know how" to keep a property of this caliber maintained, secured, and a pleasure to live in.
