Hi to all: I had i problem with another service center before. The had my Plasma TV for about a week with no end result. I took my TV to United VTR and it was repaired in about day and a half. The customer service at United VTR is superv, and knowledgeable, Tom At united VTR is the Shop Manager, He was very understanding, and very well trained on this type of equipmen. I would recomend United VTR to anyone i Know for their service needs. Please What Ever You DONT USE CHAPARRAL SERVICES.
