I've been coming to Dental Excellence for several years and the level of service I receive has not changed - it's always great. I love the location, the easy parking, the clean and attractive waiting room, the full attention I receive from the receptionist who greets me, the views out of each office I've been in, the expert service I receive from the hygenists who clean my teeth, and the personal attention I receive my dentist. Once when I went in for a procedure, I mentioned I was a little cold and they brought me a nice warm blanket. Other times we've discussed areas I need to work on to maintain healthier gums and I'm always provided with product or tools to use at home at no charge. They even take the time to walk you out to the billing area to check out and the ladies out there are always friendly and let me know that they'll bill insurance and tell me to have a nice day. I'm also very happy to learn that recently my insurance company now approves 4 routine visits a year rather than 2 so I'll be seeing them more often.
