Hello, This is Alesia from Heavenly Bodies Skin Care Inc. and I would like to respond to the review below. Given the Billions of Brazilians that I have performed in my career, it is not surprising that at least ONE person has had an uncomfortable experience. There is a first time for everything, right? Having said that, the last thing that I say to any client before they leave is "PLEASE CALL ME if you have any questions about your service!", Any of the things that Guest G on Dec1 stated CAN happen and I have an answer and a recommendation for all of these, but if a client does not contact me I cannot address or advise. Having said this, I must say about the statements in this review, "This does not sound like my procedure!" which is puzzling. I do not use disposable "cups". I use glass jars, ALWAYS! and they are ALWAYS in a heater, ALWAYS! Having performed all facets of face and body waxing for over 30 years with this exact procedure, I do not believe that this reviewer was at MY place of business! There is a woman around the corner that touts "15 years" of experience at waxing. Is it possible that there has been a mistake?
