We walked into Passport Nissan with a long wish list, a budget to stay within, and a history of bad experiences at car dealerships. Immediately after walking into passport Nissan we were greeted by Tony Hassan who seemed eager to help us but not in an over eager salesman kind of way, which we had encountered with other Nissan dealerships in the area.
Throughout the whole process Tony made sure to keep our end goal of features and price in the front of his mind and really seemed to care about us! We brought in a car to trade in which left us $6,000 upside down which was really concerning to us, we did not want this debt to prevent us from driving home with a car we were unhappy with. Tony did EVERYTHING to ensure we did not compromise our end goal. Tony was always polite gave us time to think about the offer at hand, and never once pressured us into signing paperwork until we were comfortable with the bottom line.
Finally once we were comfortable and ready to sign paperwork Tony brought us over to Rodney the finance manager who thoroughly explained all the paperwork we were signing and was sure to answer any questions we had!
Overall we had a GREAT experience and left with a BEAUTIFUL Nissan Altima 2.5 SL that we are proud to say we brought it from TONY HASSAN at Passport Nissan! We highly recommend if you’re looking for a car you go to Passport Nissan and ask for Tony Hassan.
