I'm not one to go out of my way to compliment a business, but the service of this company is exceptional. Our heat had stop working. After messing with it for awhile I realized I had to call a repair service.
I hate hiring contractors for stuff like this. It seems they never do it right, or they rip you off on the cost.
I called one place, and they scheduled me for the next day. Then an hour later, a friend recommended I call REM. They had used them before and claimed they were wonderful. So I called them. They sent a tech out to the house within 2 hours.
The tech was super nice. He checked the outside unit, then climbed into the attic to examine the inside unit. He was back down in about 15 minutes explaining a fuse had overloaded and burned out. He replaced it within a few minutes and had the heat working again. He then went back into the attice to tape up a few air ducts he noticed were leaking air.
The bill was well within reason for a service call with a small fuse replacement and some sealed ducts. i was really surpised they didn't try to make more money off us by telling us something else of high cost was broken! We wouldn't have even known!
I feel lucky to have finally found an honest AC Contractor. I felt their honesty and hard work deserved a few minutes of my time to write a review for them.
