I just purchased my 4th Toyota - my 1st from Peruzzi and I had the best experience yet! My husband and I "started the process" of looking with no intent to purchase on a Saturday. Pete listened attentively to what I wanted with this car and knew immediately which model I should be looking at. After driving it and going over all the features, he asked how we wanted to approach things (Seriously, he asked US how we wanted to do this). My husband was very adamant that he didn't want the song and dance, the multiple manager trips and, if they were willing to talk bottom line numbers, we would consider going further that day. Well, they did all that and more! My two toddlers played happily in the children's area while we were able to quickly and easily go over invoice vs. sticker price, dealer holdbacks, etc. At the end of that visit, I walked away with a brand new car.
