There are three stores in Tucson and I think this is the smartest idea I have ever heard. Basically, you can bring in all sorts of stuff in for trade credit or cash. Although the majority of the store is books, they also carry magazines, CDs, DVDs, video games and systems, computer stuff, knick knacks, games and a whole children's section. The selection is unbeatable and is updated on an everyday basis. Almost everyone I know uses them on a constant basis. They are fair in the credit they give for the stuff you are trading and their prices are often unbeatable. You have to be careful because they tend to only take 50% the list price of new release books, which is a lot of times, the same price the new bookstores have them for. A tip: you can also barter with them about the price of a book you want. Although sometimes they stick to price listed, they will often lower the price if you ask. You can even bring your dog in the store. Great children's area with toys and every type of book available.
