Review content:
This review is based on my second experience with Snooty Pets and although the first was mediocre, the second was deplorable. I will never take my dog back to Snooty Pets. I have actually done a better job of grooming my dog and it didn’t cost $45. I hope to be able to attach a photo so that everyone can see the massacre to my dog's hair... it's a joke. Considering that I provided them with a photo and a detailed description of exactly what I wanted... I believe Helen Keller may have been assigned to groom my dog that day.
