While it's overdone on the outside, especially for Brookline, and disco ball and Cadillac on the inside, the food is amazing!
You will dine amongst the families of 25 and the type that drove the caddy for sure. Yet, the food is not to be messed with. The food is spectacular and superb. You should begin with the crab ragoon. It's by far and a way one of the best in the city. There is a 17 plus page menu of entrées and each equally delicious. The choice is yours, with all being amazing.
Whatever you chose, you will want some jasmine tea to finish the meal. A wonderful pot of tea and a smile and "three minute" comment will follow from the handsome Asian waiter. It's worth the experience just for that.
A true oldie, but goodie in Brookline!
