I am new to Greensboro been here a couple of weeks. Truck started making a bad noise in front left wheel. I knew it was a bearing gone bad. I called Green Ford spoke with Mark Kirkman a service advisor he had me bring truck in that day. It was a wheel bearing and he advised me cost of repair and then went a step further and said he could cover it under my Ford extended service agreement. Repair was done same day. Excellent service. Thanks for the excellent treatment Mark.
