Thanks to Conte’s Staff and Roberio in the Service Department, for taking care of my defective back rim. I brought the rim in for the replacement of three spokes, but Roberio asked me to bring the whole bike in, so he could inspect the front rim also. He told me that this brand had a problem with defective spokes! He replaced all the spokes in the back rim, so I feel that he and your staff were looking out for my safety and customer satisfaction. This is the second bike that I have purchased from your fine business and hope to do more in the future and I also recommend you too! Thank you again.
