I've tried this place a few times, the second time trying to give them another chance since they are near my house and both times were a disaster. They were horrible at waxing (NEVER have a stylist do it) and treated my hair like they were sheering livestock. The yanking and pulling - it was unbelievable. If that wasn't bad enough, the personnel are horrible. Unfriendly, untalented and completely unprofessional and charge way too much for their crappy service. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SPA.
