I have rented videos at Nicely's several times. I usually only go there if my regular video store is out of the DVD I want. However, here lies the problem . . . often times Nicely's Video will be out of certain DVD's before other video stores. They have a smaller selection that other video stores in the area. On several occasions I have run into some questionable customer service from the young worker behind the counter. Hopefully, customer service skills will come with age.
