Decorating Designs & Displays by Julie is a pretty decent party planning service. She will help you plan all parts of your wedding down to renting tables and chairs and she'll also help you with the decoration design. Her ideas are pretty good. Another nice thing about her service is that she'll do the initial consultation for free.
