Good: That they weren't too busy - I now know there must be a reason for that. By being rude, we found a much better alley nearby. The only reason there is 1 star is because you can't select 0 (zero).. Bad: Unfriendly, Unreasonable, Very Unprofessional!!!'
Took my son to go bowling for a couple of hours on a Saturday night at about 6:30. Paid for the first hour and 2 pair of shoes ($24.00). When I went back to pay the $16 for the second hour, I saw a sign behind the counter that says wed & sat "pizza bowl" from 5 - 8:30 for $32.00. includes 1 pizza, sodas, bowling & shoes. I had already spent $40.00 and asked if I could get the pizza & sodas and was told I didn't ask for the special so "No" Nice service.. Improvements: Learn how to treat people and educate the employees to let people know if your running some kind of daily special. Needless to say we have found another place to bowl as there are others within a 10 to 15 minute drive.. Other: We've been to many bowling alleys before and this place has the worst bowling balls to choose from. If your not careful and look long and hard you may get a ball that could cut your fingers..
