This store is located inside the Atlantic Terminal mall in Brooklyn, right next to Burlington. It is similar to a TJ Maxx or Marshalls(which also happens to be located inside the same mall). Basically, you can find brand name stuff at a less than retail price (approximately half off, which explains the store name). They carry mens and womens clothing, but mostly womens/juniors. Aside from clothing from brands such as Mudd, Rocawear, xoxo, etc. they also have womens handbags, shoes, and costume jewelry. The selection is similar to what one may find at a Strawberry store. Some of the stuff are not really that much of a bargain compared to what you can pick up from any other discount clothing store, but one thing that really caught my eye were the True Religion designer jeans I saw on the rack going for only $55 a pair while they go for over $120 at retail (and these jeans are hard to come by because few stores carry them). I got a pretty good deal on some basic tank tops and button down blouses there, so I can't complain. The wait for the register is a whole other ordeal. I suppose it may be because it is a grand opening and the cashiers are a bit slow, but the line was just moving way too slow for me. It literally took half an hour to check out despite the fact there were 5 registers open! Customer service was mediocre, but the store does have some great finds if you look hard enough.
