We were offered Centex Home Team Service with our new Fox & Jacobs Home (A Centex Property). We took the pest control service and was completely satisfied with it. I did not like the contract, and that is my only disappointment. They came on time at the scheduled appointment. You should be there the first time to let them in the house, and all of the other visits can be done from the outside of the home unless you see a problem inside. I never saw anything after the first visit so I never had to have them come in. We have the pipes in the walls that they spray from the outside.
