You have all heard the saying: time is money. Well I am displeased to say, they had me waiting and I lost time and money.
I always bring my car to Don Davis for service, I just feel comfortable taking my car their. We also typically use the same service sales person, but when I drove in for my oil change our regular guy was not there.
But Marc was, and his customer service should shame the entire company.
Although he assured me that oil changes were running about 1 1/2 time wait (which is usual), I waited 2 hours. No well that is not a big deal, here is the punch line.... My car was ready in 1/2 an hour after I came there and Marc had me waiting, because HE WENT TO LUNCH!!!!
He never notified another person or me, or the tech that he was leaving and had a customer waiting, NEVER!
They had me waiting for nothing! Customer beware!
