Let me start off by saying this applies to the Budget at 1515 Highway 99 North. I don't want anyone to get confused with the other Budget in Eugene. I was very disappointed with the service we had received. We were quoted one price and when we returned the truck they wanted over a hundred dollers more than we were quoted. Also when we pulled up to drop off the truck, a guy who worked there rushed up to our truck and demanded he hurry up. We felt awfully rushed. The truck was returned on time by the way. They lost any future business with us.
